Service description

The Port Performance Dashboard is a prototype tool designed to track the monthly performance of key port and supply chain operational metric at the Port of Rotterdam. This service offers insights into the complexities of port activities, enhancing users‘ ability to plan and communicate effectively.

The prototype dashboard focuses on enabling freight forwarders, shippers, operators and other key stakeholders to:

• Use interactive PowerBI dashboards to monitor both near real-time and historic performance data of the Rotterdam gateway. This includes a range of metrics to understand overall performance.
• The key benefits include near real-time performance tracking, deeper understanding of port operations, improved planning and communication, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
