From today (March 1st), the updated web version of Hinterland Container Notification (HCN) Road is available for road hauliers working via the web screens.
From now on, you can still process your existing prenotifications in the old environment. All new prenotifications should be submitted in the updated HCN Road. You can see how to do that and what the change will involve for you on this overview page under ‘how to’.
Need help finding your way around the new web screens? Take a look at the HCN Road support page . There you will find instructional videos, a quick start guide and answers to frequently asked questions.
