Conditions
- All communications, notices and/or notifications related to this contract must be made in writing and delivered by e-mail.
- If any of the clauses or conditions agreed upon in this contract becomes ineffective or unenforceable, this fact will not affect the validity or enforceability of the others and must be complied with faithfully as established herein.
- This contract may not be transferred in whole or in part to third parties, without the express consent of the other Party.
- Any amendments or additions to this Agreement and its Annexes will only be valid if formalized by a specific addendum, signed by both Parties.
