Arrival notification (Arrival at Exit) for export cargo is one of the necessary steps to receive the Confirmation of Exit (CoE) from Customs. Through the service Arrival Notification Export, arrival can be easily reported for containers, Roll-on-Roll-of transport (RoRo), liquid bulk, dry bulk as general cargo.
Submitting an arrival notification (Arrival at Exit) is a customs obligation in the Netherlands. This must be sent before departure of the ship. The service also provides notification should Customs announce an inspection. The release of the cargo after the inspection is also fed back. The information can also be easily reused for the export manifest via the Cargo Declaration Export service.
