Submitting outbound customs manifests is a requirement in the Netherlands for exports and re-exports. With the service Cargo Declaration Export Containers, the process is very simple. Based on the data already available in the Port Community System, you are always presented with a complete manifest based on the loading list, including transshipment containers. You then send it to Customs with one click.
You do not need to make any changes to your own IT systems to send the outbound customs manifest to Customs. Creating and sending the outbound customs manifests takes place entirely within the Port Community System.
