From notice of inspection to release, the service Inspection Portal service provides a complete picture at all times of all scanning and physical inspections of inbound cargo that take place under the direction of Customs in all the Dutch ports.
You’ll be notified immediately when your cargo is available for further handling. This applies to containers, bulk and general cargo.
Terminals can block containers even before they arrive so that they can be inspected immediately on arrival. This allows cargo to quickly continue on its way through the logistics chain. The service Inspection Portal enables the relevant inspection authorities, terminals, shipping lines, shipbrokers and agents to all work efficiently.

Cost
There is a one-off connection charge of €249.50 (ex. VAT) for this service. Next to this you pay a fixed monthly fee plus a contribution per container. Request the current price list here.
