Service description
The arrival notification for export cargo can easily be reported to Customs (Arrival at Exit) with the service Notification of Arrival ECS Cargo. This applies to liquid bulk, dry bulk and general cargo.
Submitting an Arrival at Exit is a customs requirement in the Netherlands. The arrival notification must be sent before the departure of the vessel. The service also generates a notification if Customs announces an inspection. The release of the cargo after inspection is also notified.
