The service Transit Declaration makes it easy to submit your transit declarations (T1 declarations) to Customs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any location with just a few clicks.
The Port Community System automatically prepares most of the required information for you. For agents/shipping lines, this takes place in the service Cargo Notification Import, for forwarders/importers in the service Cargo Controller.
This large-scale reuse also prevents mismatches and clearance discrepancies in communication with Customs. You will also automatically receive the Movement Reference Number (MRN) from them. For regular traffic, you can also create templates in the service Transit Declaration. Making transit declarations then becomes even faster.

Cost
There is a one-off connection charge of €249.50 (ex. VAT) for this service. For this service you will pay a monthly fee depending on your subsciption plus a contribution per declaration. Request the current price list here.
